8) Do you ship outside of Australia?

  •  No, we currently only serve customers within Australia.
    Our products, shipping services, and customer support are exclusively available to Australian residents. This includes all order fulfillment, delivery, and return processes. If you're browsing from outside Australia, please note that orders placed from international locations will not be processed.

9) How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:

10) Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Yes. For standard products, you may request a modification or cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order, provided it hasn't been processed or shipped.
