  • Flat shipping  $11.90 (Australia-wide)

There are no hidden shipping fees

4) Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST (UTC +10:00) will be processed the same business day
  • Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed the next business day
  • Custom or made-to-order items may require extra time (we’ll notify you at purchase)

 5) Shipping Carriers

  • We use reputable carriers such as Australia Post, Aramex, and StarTrack. In some cases, other couriers may be used depending on the delivery location and size of the order.

6) Tracking your order

  • You will receive a tracking number and shipping carrier details via email once your order is dispatched. A tracking link will be included to monitor your shipment.

7) Damaged or Lost Shipments 

  • If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days. We will either replace the item, issue a refund, or assist with a resolution, in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • If your parcel is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Note: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier.

8) Returns Due to Incorrect Address 

  • If an item is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
